CATCH 31 FISH HOUSE is proud to offer the largest and freshest variety of fish available. We also offer unique and flavorful presentations to include blackened, broiled, bronzed and grilled. Our grilled preparation puts the focus on the centerpiece of the "Catch 31"kitchen, the wood-burning grill. This grill allows our chefs to cook over open flame with featured hard woods such as hickory, apple and mesquite. Each month Executive Chef Brad Kelly features a new exotic wood.
