Every morning off the mid-Atlantic coast watermen are hauling in the oysters, shrimp, tuna, cobia, and striper we’ll be serving at Catch 31 for lunch and dinner. To their catch we add the salmon, lobsters, crabs and scallops we bring in daily, too, so your choices for lunch or dinner can go on and on.
And every day we take the extra time to prepare, from scratch, our soups, bisques and chowders. Because each of them must be a perfect complement to the fabulous fish, steak and chops our chefs cook to order on Catch 31’s hardwood open-flame grill.
