Join us at Catch 31 for The Chef's Catch, a very limited edition handcrafted entrée curated by our own Executive Chef. Using his international culinary experience and the freshest seafood available, Chef Dan creates each dish by hand. There are only 10 of these entrées available each night, so don't miss out!
Soft Shell Paella
A seasonal twist on our signature paella. Chef Dan's Virginia Beach Paella tops a bed of Carolina rice, scallops, cherrystone clams, jumbo shrimp, and mussels with a freshly battered and fried Chesapeake Bay soft shell crab for $29.95.
Soft Shell Sandwich
Grab a seat by the Boardwalk and enjoy a fresh soft shell crab sandwich on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato and onion. Served with our house-made tartar sauce and Boardwalk fries.

We've crafted a new Sunday Brunch favorite with a seasonal addition to our signature bloody mary.
